Every booking includes in-villa staff (housekeeping and, at most villas, a cook; a butler only at select villas) and a dedicated in-resort concierge who handles your itinerary before you arrive. Resort amenities (Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavón, the Marina, the Equestrian and Shooting Centers) are not included in the villa rate: they open to you once the Casa de Campo® resort access fee is paid. Private chef, daily housekeeping packages and airport transfers can be added to any stay; golf is booked directly with the resort golf office.

A private villa gives you the entire estate — private pool, full kitchen, garden, and outdoor living — at a per-night rate that often beats a comparable suite in a 5-star hotel. Unlike Airbnb, every villa is vetted in person and comes with a full staff and our concierge as the single point of contact. We are not a listings marketplace — we are a curated rental agency, and we own the relationship with every owner in our portfolio.

Yes. Casa de Campo® is the only destination we represent. Specializing in one resort lets us know each villa, each owner, and each in-resort service deeply — and lets us match guests to the right property with confidence. If you are looking for villas elsewhere in the Caribbean, we will happily point you to a trusted partner.

Most villas include a daily housekeeper, garden and pool maintenance as part of the standard rate; a butler is included only at select villas. A private chef can be added for any portion of your stay, with menus tailored to your group. Larger villas often include additional staff such as a houseman or butler. We confirm the exact staff per villa before you book.

Yes. Our in-resort concierge can arrange airport transfers from Punta Cana (PUJ), La Romana (LRM), or Santo Domingo (SDQ), pre-stocked groceries, private chef bookings, spa treatments, marina charters, Altos de Chavon dinners, and any other in-resort experience you would like arranged in advance.

Yes — this is one of our specialties. Our portfolio includes 7 to 12-bedroom estates, and we regularly arrange multi-villa configurations for milestone birthdays, family reunions, and corporate retreats. We coordinate transport, dining, and on-property staff. Send us your dates and group size and we will put together a tailored options shortlist.

For high-season trips (December to April) we recommend booking 4–6 months ahead. For Christmas, New Year, Semana Santa (Holy Week), and major Casa de Campo® events, the most sought-after villas are typically taken 8–12 months ahead. For low-season stays you can often book within 2–6 weeks. We can almost always find an option, but the earlier you reach out, the better the selection.

No — you do not need to be a member or own property at Casa de Campo® to stay at one of our villas. As a guest of a Caribbean Paradise Homes rental, you and your party are registered as resort guests for the duration of your stay. Resort registration is handled by Casa de Campo® directly, and the resort registration fee is paid separately to the resort — it is not included in the villa rate. We confirm the applicable rate for your party before you book.

Standard staff hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, and no staff sleep in; only at select villas do the hours vary from this. If you would like the cook or another staff member to stay later, for example for a late dinner, ask us in advance and you cover a transport allowance of US$60 per staff member for their ride home.
