What's included when I book a villa with you?
Every booking includes the full in-villa staff (housekeeper, butler, and security), access to all resort amenities (Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon, the Marina, the Equestrian and Shooting Centers), and a dedicated in-resort concierge who handles your itinerary before you arrive. Private chef, daily housekeeping packages, airport transfer, and Pete Dye golf bookings can be added to any stay.
How is renting a villa with you different from a hotel or Airbnb?
A private villa gives you the entire estate — private pool, full kitchen, garden, and outdoor living — at a per-night rate that often beats a comparable suite in a 5-star hotel. Unlike Airbnb, every villa is vetted in person and comes with a full staff and our concierge as the single point of contact. We are not a listings marketplace — we are a curated rental agency, and we own the relationship with every owner in our portfolio.
Do you only handle Casa de Campo villas?
Yes. Casa de Campo® is the only destination we represent. Specializing in one resort lets us know each villa, each owner, and each in-resort service deeply — and lets us match guests to the right property with confidence. If you are looking for villas elsewhere in the Caribbean, we will happily point you to a trusted partner.
What does the in-villa staff include?
Most villas include a live-in or daily housekeeper, a butler, daily housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, and 24/7 security as part of the standard rate. A private chef can be added for any portion of your stay, with menus tailored to your group. Larger villas often include additional staff such as a houseman or butler. We confirm the exact staff per villa before you book.
Do you handle airport transfers and concierge service?
Yes. Our in-resort concierge can arrange airport transfers from Punta Cana (PUJ), La Romana (LRM), or Santo Domingo (SDQ), pre-stocked groceries, private chef bookings, golf tee times at Teeth of the Dog and the two other Pete Dye courses, spa treatments, marina charters, Altos de Chavon dinners, and any other in-resort experience you would like arranged in advance.
Can you arrange villas for groups, weddings, or multi-generational stays?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. Our portfolio includes 7 to 12-bedroom estates, and we regularly arrange multi-villa configurations for weddings, milestone birthdays, family reunions, and corporate retreats. We coordinate event planners, transport, dining, and on-property staff. Send us your dates and group size and we will put together a tailored options shortlist.
How far in advance should I book a villa?
For high-season trips (December to April) we recommend booking 4–6 months ahead. For Christmas, New Year, Semana Santa (Holy Week), and major Casa de Campo events, the most sought-after villas are typically taken 8–12 months ahead. For low-season stays you can often book within 2–6 weeks. We can almost always find an option, but the earlier you reach out, the better the selection.
Do guests need to be members of Casa de Campo to stay at your villas?
No — you do not need to be a member or own property at Casa de Campo® to stay at one of our villas. As a guest of a Caribbean Paradise Homes rental, you and your party automatically receive access to the resort and its facilities for the duration of your stay. We handle the resort registration on your behalf and confirm any applicable resort access fee for your specific villa at the time of booking.
How do I request a quote and reserve a villa?
