Although it is not a beachfront property—it is actually above the Manapany hotle in Anse des Cayes—but It is a place where you fall in love with living outdoors and feel connected to the sun and the sea. Villa Gaillac has a traditional St. Barth style, and its large terrace is a place for island living at its finest. There are gorgeous views at every turn, stretching all the way to St. John and Pointe Milou, and the wide horizon beyond. The luxury rental home takes its name from the Creole spelling of an old Gaiac tree on the property, which is steadily growing back after taking a beating in Hurricane Irma. The native tree is beautiful, with purple blossoms and branches that stretch over a bench beside the pool. Caribbean breezes cool the terrace, as well as the indoor living areas. The large, open main room includes a living area and a kitchen with a breakfast island. A covered outdoor dining table allows for alfresco meals, even on rainy evenings. Villa Gaillac is currently listed as a 3-bedroom house. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in separate bungalows. Bedroom 3 is next to the kitchen. Beginning in November 2020, Bedroom 4 will become available. This is full master bedroom, located downstairs from the main room. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
