- Nightly rates vary throughout the year and do not include the 18% service fee nor the resort fee. RESORT FEE - All guests must register at arrival. Casa de Campo Resort fee consists of US$25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Resort fees are subject to change without notice. VILLA RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO GUEST PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL CONFIRMATION. Property information including descriptions, features and amenities, nightly rates, staff included and pictures are subject to change. A minimum of three (3) nights stay is required during High Season/Low Season, five (5) nights during Easter Week/Spring Break and seven (7) to ten (10) nights during the Christmas/New Year's.
