You were always available and respectfully responsive to all my questions and concerns both before I arrived and while I was at Casa de Campo. Having never rented a villa before, believe me, I had lots of questions and request.. I want you to know that I got lots of praises and thanks for a job well done from my residents. I couldn’t have done it without your help and coordination.

We have been coming to Casa de Campo off and on for over 20 years. That said, we could only achieve that by working with Jan! Not only do we often call him last minute for a vacation, but he personally takes care of the details of our trip helping me with everything! His guidance and care of our vacation plans have led to some fantastic times at Casa de Campo. Knowing Jan is there for us for any reason (and there have been a few!) is the reason we continue to go back to the resort. He always seems to find the right houses for us and the right advice for managing the trip. We look forward to many more trips to the Dominican and will also use his guidance when we choose to travel outside of the Dominican Republic.

Hi Ivonna. It was really nice to meet you last week. Thank you again for answering all of my questions. It made our trip go so smoothly. My family had a great time staying at Batey 20. The home was so comfortable, quiet and spacious. It met all our requirements from the pool area, bedrooms, to living room space where we all hung out together in the evenings. We loved the outdoor covered living room and the large pool/jacuzzi. This is the third time we’ve taken a family trip like this, and we voted unanimously this villa was far and away the best we’ve stayed in. The pool noodles you purchased for my uncle were a hit and we left the pool floats for the next family to enjoy! One suggestion is to have a couple of umbrellas for the lounge chairs by the pool. Other than that, we couldn’t have been happier.
Johinda (spelling?) made us delicious meals and was gracious enough to cook our pancake and French toast batters that Brian prepared a few mornings. It was nice walking into the kitchen every morning to see her smile. Her food was tasty and no one ever went hungry! And Jose…he’s a keeper! The man barely stopped moving when he was at the house. Everything from setting and clearing the dining tables, to serving, making coffee, straightening up outside, washing the towels, helping me with the oven when I baked brownies for dessert one evening. Brian was our bartender and Jose wouldn’t allow him to serve the drinks. He would bring them out on a tray and always with a big smile. He was always so friendly and warm, with a good sense of humor. We tried to bring him home with us to California (he’s an LA Dodger’s baseball fan), but he graciously turned us down. Regarding housekeeping, having the water pitchers and glasses by the bedside was a great touch! There were some instances where we didn’t get fresh towels in the morning, one room stopped receiving water, and ours was not refilled. Not sure who did the laundry for a few family members – at least two gave items to Jose – but that was very nice to have available toward the end of the trip.
I’ve already talked to Brian and two friends about returning to the resort on a multi-friend trip in the future. Hopefully we get to meet again.
