This 7-bedroom, residence style villa successfully harmonizes traditional Caribbean style with subtle touches from the Far East. Only the finest materials accent almost every inch of this 14,000 square foot haven including exquisite marble floors and balustrades, exotic hardwood ceilings and immaculate granite countertops.

The sunken living room exudes the richness of elegant island living, while the kitchen offers contemporary comforts such as GE Monogram appliances. The rich, warm tones of the formal dining room are accentuated by vibrant custom artwork.

On the main floor, the massive Grand Villa Suite houses a walk-in dressing room, sitting nook with Balinese daybed, double jet showers and our signature infinity-edge bathtub. Also on this main floor is a guest room with two twin beds and a Queen ensuite. All three main-level bedrooms have direct access onto the expansive terrace which leads to the infinity pool with hot tub.

The Loft Suite sits atop the villa with the crystalline views of St. Martin and nearby islands, adjacent resorts and the indigo Caribbean Sea. This mesmerizing suite has its very own quaint balcony, a kitchenette, and a private rooftop terrace - perfect for rejuvenating massages or sunset cocktails for two.

The ground floor offers 3 suites. In the voluminous 2-bedroom pool suite, the master ensuite with garden view boasts a heavenly bathroom accented with marble and travertine while the Queen ensuite is a stone's throw from the pool. The ground floor living room also houses the media-entertainment area with wet bar and the fitness nook including treadmill and total body machine.

Various board and video games can be found in the media entertainment room as well as a 52" TV for the football games you just can't afford to miss. This is a favorite family lounging spot to enjoy a day of fun games and swimming or even a succulent BBQ.

A very private one-bedroom King garden suite, with a unique "tunnel" design, rounds out the ground floor.
